Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Processing of Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  2. Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
  3. Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking a court order against the user, we may replace or restore access to the material within 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification.

False Claims

Please note that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. You may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you materially misrepresent that content or activity is infringing or was removed by mistake.
